The Telus system is so stupid. They send you an authentication code after you're reporting "No Signal" on your number. How are you able to enter the authentication code when a user is reporting no service/coverage on their number?? How will I receive the "Authentication Code" when I have NO Signal/Coverage/Service????????? Please make it make sense. Send it to the alternate number which we have added.831Views0likes1Comment
