Hi, I requested a checkup of my wifi as I couldn't stream movies anymore without interruption. Telus advised me a new, upgraded wifi plan to 3G. I accepted that and the extra cost per month as discussed. However it seems that my home services were cancelled too, resurlting in a lot of extra phone calls, the technician showing up again for 3 hrs ( day off work again to assist ) and now they chare me 600 bucl cancellation fee for something I didn't ask for and had to do a lot of extra effort to get sorted again? PS turns out probably my fibre wire itself has a small restriction, so all the above might of not been necessary at all. I feel like I'm robbed of time and money. Where can I direct myself without spending another day on the phone?579Views0likes1Comment
