I am having this exact issue now. My phone was in great condition and all buttons worked and everything was in good shape. Last week there were no photos of missing parts or buttons not working and apparently there are photos now. I would like to see said photos as my phone was working just fine when i returned it. I sent my phone in in mint condition. They have lowballed the evaluation saying buttons aren't working and parts are missing which is impossible. had I known they would only be giving me $175 for an iPhone 12 Pro Max I would have kept it. I'd like it back now, or to have the full amount credited. I've phoned and messaged support, and the bring it back team. No support, no response.
