I have the same problem. The store gave me a slimline II. It doesn’t work. I’ve called for help and they sent me instructions for my old remote. I can’t seem to find anyone who can help. I’ve now lost hours trying to navigate the website, the various phone menus trying to keep me from an agent, and speaking to agents who send me the same useless web instructions.
