MyTelus App
Upgraded my phone from iPhone 11 to the iPhone 16 and having login issues with the MyTelus app. I can log in no problem on the Safari browser but when entering the exact same credentials into the app to log in, it is saying incorrect username or password - which I know isn’t the case because I JUST logged in on Safari. I’ve called and spoke with support, they reset my account and sent a brand new invite but still not working. Anyone else experiencing this and how can I fix it?1.4KViews0likes4Comments
