Trying to cancel my Telus services
Hi, I am trying to cancel my Internet and Smart security Services, I talked to loyalty department and they sent me return equipment email confirming that they have cancelled the services. I returned the equipment and when called for confirmation they are saying the services are not cancelled. Cannot reach loyalty department through calls, have to wait atleast 1hr on call and still they couldn't help me with the cancellation. Need help to cancel my account immediately as I am moving out of country and couldn't reach out to Telus from there. Thanks1.7KViews0likes7Comments
