Disappointed with monthly plan charges
Good afternoon, I just had a call with the loyalty department and to my disappointment there is nothing that can be done for a long term customer that has 5 numbers, streaming and internet with Telus! All I was asking is to try to reduce the monthly charges on two of the five accounts but according to the rep, there is nothing that Telus can do for me. Lucky thing though, with only seven months contract left on those two accounts, Bell is more than happy to take them in (keeping our devices) for $15 and $25 less per month per account. They will cover the months left with a small promo discount to leverage the Telus fees. I wasn't expecting this from Telus, a long term partner of ours but money is money.
