Positive Feedback on Telus Customer Service and Ne
TELUS_Support Feedback: Customer Service Experience: Initially, I was a bit skeptical about switching from Rogers to Telus due to many negative posts about customer service. My actual experience with a Telus customer service representative was excellent, which helped ease my concerns. Network Quality: Speed and Voice Quality: Both aspects are excellent. Internet Speed on LTE: I turned on LTE instead of 5G, and the internet speed on LTE is so impressive that I feel there is no need to switch to 5G. Device Compatibility: Although my iPhone 16 Pro Max supports both 5G and 5G+, LTE has been more than sufficient. Overall Impression: My positive experience with Telus has made me confident about my switch from Rogers. I highly recommend Telus if you value excellent customer service and reliable network performance.1.1KViews1like2CommentsRe: Coverage
I requested another traveler to help me make a call to the CAA. I believe he was with Rogers and connected through Baytel. There is almost a 150 km stretch with no signal from (between Wawa and Thunder Bay) Toronto to Vancouver. However, the coverage was good throughout the rest of the drive.906Views0likes0CommentsExcellent coverage and Customer service

Telus service and network reception is excellent apart from one negative aspect if you travel from Sault Ste. Marie to White River along the Trans-Canada Highway. There is a 93 km stretch with no cellular coverage along that route. I understand there is no population although That must have been a frustrating situation without cellular coverage during an emergency. It's good that I was able to have another traveler use their phone to contact CAA for assistance. The lack of coverage on that 93 km stretch of the Trans-Canada Highway can definitely be a concern, especially for those needing to make emergency calls. Having a backup plan, like asking other travellers for help, is important when driving through areas with limited cellular service.943Views0likes2Comments
