That's the issue in the first place. I was never able to use the service. The tech support agent cancelled it, and that was their solution on how to fix the issue. I thought cancelling would get rid of the subscription completely, allowing me to purchase again. Now I've paid for the service that has been cancelled, and I don't have access to anything and have to wait a month to purchase again.Stream+ Activation Issue
My subscription to Stream+ expired and I purchased another Stream+ subscription. Did not receive the activation e-mail so got referred to tech support. Tech support was no use and ended up cancelling my subscription without explaining to me that I have no way of resubscribing until after a month. It was not explained to me that after my subscription was cancelled I could not resubscribe right away. Is there truly no other way for me to subscribe? I don't understand how I was able to purchase a subscription and not actually get to use it.
