Was just looking at my account and there is a new service agreement dated yesterday. The term is extended another year and I have had no communication from Telus regarding making this change. Seems extremely shady business practice.
I've cancelled all services with Telus. Took almost three hours on the phone. I never agreed to a two year extension at anytime. I've filed a complaint with the crts to get my "penalties" waived but I'm not holding my breath. Scummy business prac...
