How to report frequent outages?
Hi So I've been through the poor chat robot and it's cycles endlessly today. My Internet keeps dropping and all I want to do is report the outage, and instead I'm recycling through the same options again and again and again until the bot just says customer service is closed. Is there no one working at all there? I can't report an outage without seeing damage or the cause first hand? I'm getting really tired of the run around here. We're not in full on dystopia yet, can we please get some simple tools to even alert Telus of issues? Every time, it's hours just to report the issue, if there's even customer service working.. No techs? Nothing? I'm getting really frustrated with companies wanting to make everything as awful as possible for the customer.1.1KViews2likes6Comments
