Re: Telus account still open on credit report in spite of it being cancelled
I also have the same issue with my credit score continuing to list an open Telus account with a balance owing from August 2020. Based on the date, this must relate to when I first joined Telus with the "buy it back" program, but this has been paid in full for years.
