Customer Service and online access
So its been a brutal week of trying to work with Telus. Highlights: - 15 hours on the phone, most of which was waiting for contact - requested a new service installation (right from the hydro pole) only to have them send out an unqualified tech who then yelled at my daughter (i was not there) - he indicated he would get the right people out and did nothing - separately, we asked that our home service at our current house be cancelled as of Apr 15; they instead did it immediately - i then spent 3 hours on the phone trying to get the service back; ultimately was told they need to send a technician to do that (despite being able to just shut it off remotely) - cannot access Mytelus thru any device as getting repeated 'system down' error messages - they indicated it would be escalated thru tech support and we heard nothing back - another black hole - at this point are working to move service to a different company - TELUS - ANY RESPONSE????391Views1like0Comments
