THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU! The exact same thing happened with my Sonos Beam. Turned on both CEC toggles and it’s working again. Everything was fine for the last ~2 years and just recently the Sonos quit working with the Telus (and a Samsung tv). I thought it was a tv problem, then a Sonos problem where it wouldn’t connect because of interference…when it’s actually a Telus setting problem.
