Telus migration to gmail
Finally had enough of "off shore Telus" and am pulling the plug and going elsewhere. I am unable to find anyone at telus to help me with downloading my email archives. Many of these emails are importand but telus's email administrator appear to be non-existant. Unlike a regular gmail acct. my telus dot net email which telus migrated to google around 2020 has many of googles features disabled.. The feature that allows me to download my emails/contacts/data is disabled and can only be enabled by the administrator. Google Takeout which is not enabled allows you to download a copy of your data stored within Google products. Therefore I am unable to save my data. Telus's off shore customer support seems to be the only aassistance available and they have no idea how to help. Seems it is near impossible to speak with a Canadian rep. Because of their poor service I am closing my account with them and need my data. Can you help?1.2KViews0likes4Comments
