Re: Stream+ activation cancellation issue
Stream+ is already showing in my account, and I successfully activated Amazon Prime and Disney+, but I noticed that the home security service is missing or may have been unlinked from my account. When I attempt to re-link the home security, Stream+ returns an error message: 'Sorry, your subscriptions list is not available at this time. Please try again or check back later.' However, Stream+ appears to be fully activated, as far as I can tell. Same issue, only netflix works. Submitted few ticket but never recieve a reply or callback. Contacted customer support, and went to telus store and still no one can help me, they keep advising to send a ticket. Its been 3 months. And paying double.1.3KViews0likes0Comments
