Stream+ activation cancellation issue
Hi there, I have been using Stream+ for 2 months. I tried to cancel my subscription on January 30th. But after clicking 'Manage Subscriptions, ' it shows an error: "Sorry, your subscriptions list is not available at this time. Please try again or check back later". Now I can't even cancel the subscription that I am not using either. Not to mention, I am also getting charged for this. I called the agent several times, but they also couldn't figure out the issue.
