I am very disappointed in the way Telus has conducted business, but it is apparent you will not be resolving this issue in the ethical way I had hoped. If you could please reverse the extra charges due to late payments and provide me with the longest flexible payment options possible so I can attempt to make my payments each month. To all small business owners out there, I want to share my experience with Telus Business and the shady tactics they use to secure sales. After specifically asking if there would be any additional fees beyond the agreed-upon charges. I was assured by their representative that there were none. Fast forward to receiving our first bill… over $400 in unexpected charges that were NEVER disclosed. I've spent HOURS on the phone with multiple "managers" who admit their representative misled me and took full responsibility for their mistake. Yet, despite their acknowledgment, they refuse to credit me for the unexpected charges. I am now being charged for 'missed or late' payments and my bill is outrageous! When I ask to escalate to higher management, I’m told that these individuals are the highest level of service, but they still don't have the authority to fix the issue. I’m beyond frustrated. I’m now seeking someone with actual authority to resolve this properly and make it right. If anyone has had a similar experience or can offer advice, I would greatly appreciate it.
