Please stop using the useless AI customer service agent. It doesn't work. And nobody has time to wait 4 hours for a living person after we've convinced the AI to allow it to happen. Please start responding to emails and email replies.

You don't.  Telus doesn't respect or respond to it's customers.  If you want to talk to someone, book a day off of work and keep your phone plugged in.
