It looks like we are in round two of Telus removing previously earned reward points. By the way when I try to reply it indicates the link to reply fails. So.. how do I discuss this AGAIN with Telus. Once again if you knew the points were going to be removed TELUS CUSTOMERS would have tried to use them... if the catalogue was available - which it wasn't... what a complete cluster F#$~. I went to the view my rewards and it will not show anything - so no idea if I have my original points or ANY POINTS. Telus is hiding behind the small print hidden on the bottom of a December bill - all within their rights - but the fact remains they have screwed over their long time customers - most of which still don't know their points were STOLEN.
