I have an issue with my billing. I have contacted Telus and twice now after waiting for someone to talk to me while the music is playing in the background the call ends. it has been over an hour now without being able to talk to a human and I have to try again. Any support I have ever needed involves talking to a human not some automated response that I could just find myself on the internet. It has now been over two weeks and I have not yet received the missing parts. I have no way to track where they are as I did not get a tracking number. I called Telus again and they could not tell me where the parts are at. They suggested I have a technician come out, I said sure and told them to come to my home address. I received a message from Telus, stating that they are going to arrive in a couple days at the address where the hub is, 3 hours north of my home. I called back and am now waiting for another person from Telus. It has been over two months now with this smart hub issue of not supplying the assembly screws in order to mount the antennae. I have wasted hours on the phone trying to get this resolved and it only keeps getting worse. What did I do to deserve this?604Views0likes0CommentsTelus smart hub
I ordered a Telus smart hub with outdoor antennae. The antennae did not come with the assembly screws to mount bracket on antennae. Telus sent a new hub to get parts from and return but they did not send the antennae and/or the parts that are supposed to come with the kit. It’s been over a month now and I have to waste more hours and days contacting them and trying to get the five little screws that are needed to mount the antennae. It’s next to impossible to get a human for support and it’s infuriating.812Views0likes3Comments
