Re: Return Phone issues
I just found this out today.. 2nd time going to a telus store today to return my phone. He said that in order to do the return that I should have gone to the telus store with the phone and they would put a temp # on the phone for you.. (cost ? ) Then I go to the new carrier and get everything done. After that I am supposes to return to telus to return the origian BIB phone. This seems rediculas and no where in the contracts or the forms posted by telus is this information available.1.6KViews0likes1Comment
