February 2025; this is still an issue. Just had my system upgraded to SmartHome from Vivint system... this is seriously annoying that the Telus system still does not have this feature. Clearly the system can distinguish being "Unlocked by User Code", this should be a pretty basic feature update! This complicates the entire process, particularly with respect to smaller children.
