The article you provided isn't helpful... The link "View and manage your appointments" is not accessible under the "My Profile" tab on the My Telus opening page. With some sleuthing I found it when I switched back to the old version of the My telus page, it is not in the My Profile tab there either, but as a link in the Telus Rewards box halfway down the page. For a communications company, your support staff seems to be woefully inadequate and your web designers lack quality control.
