Dear Telus Customer Support,
I hope this message finds you well.
I am writing to request clarification regarding my latest bill. For this month, I have been charged $107, but based on my understanding, I was expecting an amount closer to $53, as I already paid last month's bill.
Could you please review my account and provide a detailed explanation of the charges for this month? I would appreciate it if you could confirm whether this is an error or if there are any additional fees I should be aware of.
