Zack Snyder's Justice League on Crave

It's finally here, folks. Comic book fans worldwide have waited for this day...and it's finally here. Over three years after its original theatrical run, the definitive vision that director Zack Snyder wanted for his movie will see the light of day. When Justice League released in 2017, many felt it didn't quite live up to the hype. After Snyder left the production due to a tragic family situation, a new director was brought in and the movie was essentially finished...though only a fraction of the original cut made it to release. Fans now know the story behind what happened, and after years of petitions and hashtags for #TheSnyderCut to be made, Zack Snyder was finally given the budget and green light to do just that.

The cast and crew was brought back. Shooting began, and slowly Snyder's version started to take shape. Reports have stated that only 10-20% of the original movie was kept upon original release, so the fact that we all get an epic four hour version of what should've been seen back in 2017 is beyond exciting. Will this version be everything we want it to be? I can't wait to find out!

As a lifelong comic nerd, I'm definitely all in on this. Seeing Superman, Wonder Woman, Batman, Cyborg and The Flash take on Steppenwolf already had me over the moon. To know that we'll now get to see the battle as it was originally intended, by one of the best comic movie directors of all time (admit it, Watchmen was spectacular)...I'm so pumped. Rumors say an epic cliffhanger will tie in directly with future DCEU movies, and I'm so excited to kick back and watch it all unfold.

Zack Snyder's Justice League will be streaming March 18 on Crave. You can add Crave to your Optik TV package at any time! Find out more here

Wake me up when Crave has 4K HDR and not 720P.
