  1. If you haven’t already, register for My TELUS - you'll need your account number which can be found on your order confirmation or customer service agreement 
  2. Navigate to telus.com/disneysubscription 
  3. Select Add Now under the Disney+ Standard plan with the purple banner

  1. Sign in with your My TELUS credentials 
  2. Follow the checkout steps to redeem your offer
  3. Once complete, you will receive an email with instructions to activate your Disney+ account

I’ve tried using the above directions. It won’t let me sign up despite having signed up for the premium Internet pure fibre with Telus in the last couple weeks. Could you please help me. Telus phone support said I had to have Telus TV to qualify but that’s not what the text message said, or your blog. Please help!

hi @Amyj - I tried to follow the instructions without success. As per the instructions above, after I sign in using my Telus credentials, the ensuring check-out steps do not indicate any promotional discount is applied. The check-out process proceeds as though I am subscribing with no bonus redemption applied at checkout - as though purchasing at the standard rate.

I have met all the criteria in the terms and condition to be eligible.

Can you look into my situation? I only found out about this promotion recently and there is not much time left before it expires.

Hi @Amyj I am having the same issue as @corbs. I received an email with the offer, and when I click through the Standard disney+ option has the purple banner showing 12 months free, but when I add it, it shows as $11.99+tax due now.

Amy, three of us have had the same issue redeeming this reward. Can you please let us know how to successfully redeem this offer? I keep getting emails and texts reminding me to do it but every time I try I am told that I am not eligible. Please respond before this offer expires.  I have tried phoning in and no one can tell me why I am unable to redeem this offer! I am extremely frustrated with the time I have wasted trying to figure this out. I am beginning my to doubt that you are actually moderating this forum!
