Reacher (Season 2)
Finally, Jack Reacher is back! After a terrific first season, it was a no-brainer for Prime Video to bring back Alan Ritchson as the titular character in this terrific series based on the Lee Child novels. Reacher is a former U.S Army military police officer who is arrested for the murder that he didn't commit in a small Georgia town. After he's freed, he has to investigate his own set-up, which also leads him into a wide conspiracy with corrupt police, politicians, and businessmen. Now, Reacher is pulled into the web once again when he's told that a member of his former military group is murdered. As always, Reacher realizes quickly that the case is bigger than he ever could've imagined.
This is definitely must-watch, need to see the next episode immediately, kind of viewing. As a fan of other similar series (i.e. the fantastic 'Bosch') where the conspiracies run deep, and our protagonist is pushed to their breaking point to survive, I can't wait to dig in. Ritchson is fantastic in the title role, giving not only the menacing size and brute force to Reacher, but the gravitas and depth to make it really compelling to witness. Season 2 drops on Prime Video on December 15, and you know where I'll be! Don't miss it.

Bosch: Legacy (Season 2)
What a fantastic second season it's been for Bosch! The second season to the 'sequel series' of the smash Prime Video hit 'Bosch' finds our titular character continuing his work as a private investigator with Honey 'Money' Chandler, his onetime enemy. After the thrilling events that transpired last season, it's been a wild ride seeing what happened immediately following the first season cliffhanger finale. All of this on top of a nail-biting storyline involving Bosch's daughter, Maddie after her kidnapping.
Bosch continues to be one of my all-time favourite detective shows, mostly due to the storylines and characters. Titus Welliver is perfect in the leading role, with Madison Lintz and Mimi Rogers delivering powerhouse performances as well. I've always been a massive fan of the detective noir genre, and Bosh is right up there with the classics. If you haven't watched Bosch at all, be sure to start at the beginning and then the first season of 'Legacy' before jumping into this season, but make no mistake about it.... You won't be disappointed. Both seasons of 'Bosch: Legacy' are streaming now on Prime Video!
