No service on pre-paid plans - 2 accounts
Hello, we have two pre-paid plans with Telus, both are on the $100/year prepaid plans. Both lines are down all of a sudden. We can not make or receive calls. We have tried rebooting the devices and still nothing. Calls from others go to voicemail. Can someone please look into these accounts and tell us what is going on? I am on the talk and text 100 plan but without the 2GB data, that was added shortly after I already signed up. My renewal is coming up later this week so I want to make sure I get the updated talk and text 100 plan with monthly 2GB data and unlimited talk & SMS. I'm on the $100/year plan with promotion but I see now the same plan has the same promotion but with 2gb data. I'm trying to get a hold of someone on chat but I can not get a hold of someone.
