I have the same problem for few days as well for start morning until the end of day sometime all day long, called support no help at all and just tell you to reset the settings and keep on saying is your phone problem and we don't have any issues on our side. I have the same issue for 3, 4 days now, call support no help, just tell me to reset the settings, no help at all. I don't understand why Telus never accepted that their network have problem and just keep telling me that there is no outrage. Seriously if only one phone have problem then you can say that may be my phone issue.
