There is no envelope at the top of the website!! What a waste of time!! I've now tried chat, phone, email and this to have my problem resolved. If you really care..call me. I sent an email with my phone number.
I am having the same issue. Billed for July when our services didn't start until August spent an hour on the phone with agent fixing it, to find it wasn't fixed, tried chat..completely useless, and can't submit a request....sorry we signed up with T...
