I have been trying to redeem my rewards for a few weeks and keep getting the message thst my account information is being updated. I didn't make any changes to my account. I am having this same issue!! Was it ever resolved? I've been trying for a couple of weeks. I thought maybe it was due to my bill coming out soon, but i have the bill and still have this issue. I haven't changed any contact info. I tried to call but I don't have hrs to wait on hold and the estimated time is always so long.2KViews0likes1Comment
