Hi,I need help I can no more de-arm my panel directly with my code I need to use the Telus MC appI call support about it and the only thing they do is reset it?
Sorry for my late answer if I am trying to arm it directly I input my code like 1234 but it stay stuck on the keypads screen so I can’t de-arm it.The only way that I got to use my system is with the app and is not safe.
