New Optik boxes and pvr
I just upgraded my Optik boxes to the new ones. I was replacing 4 and they sent me 4. None of which were PVR. after talking to an agent she determined we weren't sent a PVR box. So I sent back one of the new boxes so she sent me a PVR. Its the same PVR I had before, isn't there a new PVR box to go with the new Optik boxes? Or do we just use the old PVR box?
