Telus has a poor automated telephone service
Telus has a poor automated telephone service, trying to call in and talk to someone is nearly impossible. Why is it so hard to actually be able to talk to a representative?????? Update: Afterfinallly getting transferred to real person on hold for 35 mins, just to be told I got the wrong dept!!! Telus says they are the best provider but maybe they should Concentrate on better customer service with their automated telephone service!1.5KViews2likes1Comment
