Strange call from (888) 537-8118. Is this an actual Telus call center?
I got a call from (888) 537-8118 the other day. They seem to have all my info. Telus website indicates Phone Phishing should be reported to their agents. When I called to report/verify that number, the agents have no clue or process to do so. Request for escalation get no response. This is horrible customer service.
