That’s exactly what happens. However that’s not the only issue. There are more, such as captioning coming on and off by itself randomly. My picture ratio I cannot change also. It’s just a list of items. Telus tech helped me and it all went well until about an hour later. I think I need a new set top box. I am having a heck of a time trying to keep the TV settings. TV tends to turn off by itself at inconsisten intervals; closed caption comes on and goes off frequently. This morning I tried to turn the TV on but when i powered up the set top box the TV would turn off, visa versa. I have reset all TV settings through device management but yet they just come back screwed up as they were before after time. I'm in the position of getting a new TV today.
