Could you post the Telus support site link for the WiFi 6E extender? I've been checking every now and then for WiFi 6E APs now that I'm on the PureFibre X 3G plan.
I have the Arcadyan NH20A and I even called Telus today to see if I can switch to a Business plan since that will get me remote access and a static IP address. So, you would recommend factory resetting my NAH? That could do the trick? I'm at my wits ...
Are you still experiencing this remote access issue? I am and still haven't figured it out. The Network Security suggestion in the TELUS Connect app only applies if you subscribe to TELUS Online Security or Wi-Fi Plus.
