Optik TV App Error

I have been receiving "Playback error 444216""ERROR_CODE_DRMAGENT_MEDIA_NOT_YET_ACTIVE"I'm using a Samsung phone, Optik was working fine up to about Sept1, 2021.Any help would be greatly appreciated.
