Telus always has been like this even 10 years ago. I had to fight over phone bill that is changing every single month, still did not get any credit back despite calling every single month. Then I was done and quit. I signed up Telus internet few years ago due to great deal. I was moving from shaw. Then today I realized the bills are increasing every year, despite having 2-year contract. With shaw I have never seen such thing.
