Hi Thanks for the info. My issue isnt with an particular device. My wifi comes and goes a couple of times a day. Example, last night we were watching Netflix and my son was playing a game on the computer and the wifi just went dead. The light on the modem turns orange, so I had to unplug the modem, wait for couple minutes and wifi is back. I have do that randomly couple of time a day. It doesn't bother me much but when my kids r frustrated because it mess up their game. Thanks28KViews0likes1CommentTelus internet is unstable
For the pass couple of month, internet signal has been unstable. It goes on and off through out the day, and it is very slow at times. I just upgraded to the 75 package, hoping it would be more stable, but it is not working. Still have to unplug my modem 2 or 3 times a day to get internet back.
