Telus Netflix app

The optik tv netflix app no longer has dolby digital plus or 5.1 sound. Is this netflix or telus scaling this back due to bandwith issues? My playstation 4 netflix app still has dolby digital plus and 5.1 working.

I rebooted the optik tv box and now I have dolby digital plus and 5.1 on netflix
