Thank you - that sounds like a good idea.  If I setup a Gmail account on Outlook will I still be able to access the Gmail as webmail i.e. when travelling?  

Thanks - I'm not fond of the gmail platform, so do prefer to continue with Outlook if possible.  Realize it may only be a matter of time when the providers discontinue the mail.
