All of a sudden the pic box just died. No wifi or blue tooth, the remote still works but it doesn't do anything with the box. Dead screen, no error messages, is this common.....before i move the TV and box closer so i can hardwire to test the box?

I did the full factory reset and it that has worked. It's working again for now. Until the next saga. Thanks for the info everyone.

I've tried the reset, the reboot, the disconnect and reconnect. Nothing, I know it's not the internet connection b/c I can still use the Netflix and google apps.

I am having this same problem, i was on the telus chat yesterday and they said that they had sent a note to someone to do some back end work and would contact me with a resolution in 24 hours, i have had no contact with them. Pik TV is not very relia...

It doesn't feel to hot, and is in a cool place, i think it's defective.Thanks for the help, it's so frustrating, because i don't watch TV often, but when i want to, i need to hook up my laptop!
