In reply to Nighthawk -Regardless of your theory, the fact is Telus screwed up and they must be prepared to put it right forthwith...what if somebody has an emergency and cannot get help... never mind the freaking home office... Hello???
Escalate your concern to management - they must accept responsibility for staff errors on a more prompt basis.If they do not respond to that get a lawyer to call them and be prepared to go public on a wider scale.
