Why am I getting charged for calls from telemarketers or people I don't know, especially when I am NOT answering these calls? I see a strange number calling me, I google it and see it's just a junk call, don't answer it... and then I am charged for ...

Hi. If I have close to $300 of unused time on my prepaid phone, can I use some of that time to purchase a newer prepaid phone? For example, if the Nokia Lumia 520 is $149, can I order that and just have it come out of the $300 in my account?

I have the Nokia 520 and just received an update this morning (Tues Mar. 11/14). I assume this is the GDR3 update that I kept hearing about.
