making theme pack changes

I can never get the website to work when wanting to make theme pack channel changes.  The site just spins and spins.  Is there a trick to get the website to load for making changes?

I had a similar issue and had to talk to Telus.

Apparently I'd had older bundle and they needed to make some change to my account before I could make changes myself via the website.
