Not able to log in to Telus Tv+

I am trying to log into telus tv+ website i get error message saying You are not currently logged in please try to login again.and when trying to log into app i get auth-error.Had a chat with customer support even they are clueless please help me!!

Watch a recording that is still currently recording.

Why can i not start a recording half way through recording? If i manage to catch up to it it should just continue live. Am i doing something wrong or does this feature just need to be added in?
