Pik TV app on Chromecast has no sounds

My Pik TV app on Google Chromecast won't work. Either it doesn't have any sounds or it gives me an error that I need to disconnect my Bluetooth speaker! and again won't work. Any idea?!

Telus TV plus app audio init failed on certain channels

Any fix for this? I'm using an old S7 and certain channels like 131- ABC, it says:Decoder init failed: [-49999],Format(audio1299_0,null,nullNot sure why other channels work fine. You'd think Telus would use the same decoders for everything.
