Pick tv remote for Denon

My old pick tv remote worked on my Denon receiver but the new one does not

Hi Proussin, 

Here are some steps you can try to manually pair your remote:

Reset the remote control:

1. Hold down the 1 and 9 buttons at the same time for 3 seconds until the remote light is solid green. 
2. Press OK. The green and white lights will blink twice, then become solid white.

On your TV please try the following: 

1. Highlight Settings, press OK.
2. Highlight Device Settings, press OK.
3. Highlight Remotes and accessories, press OK.
4. Highlight Program Remote with TV/Home Theatre, press OK.
   1. Note: AV Receivers are not supported. 
5. Follow on screen steps for automatic programming.

We do recommend pairing your remote directly with your TV or TV digital box rather than a receiver as it can cause issues such as other functions on the remote failing to work.
